From Cabin Crew to IronMan With Oli | Ep 13

Make a Move Podcast Podcast

In this episode, I talk to Oli.

Oli works as a cabin crew, flying around the world, having a crazy schedule, yet managing to train 20 hours a week for his next race. He finished multiple half-Ironmans, and even qualified and raced in the Ironman World Championship.

We talk about how he manages this level of training while flying, nutrition, hydration, veganism, and we even talk about how people pee and poo during races.
