    Our industry leader John Gibson goes around the grounds with his professional market wrap & insights. Gibson is a regular at auctions all over Australia and taps into the auction space. Other than residential Gibson looks at mum & dad investors going into the commercial space. We look at Australian property market as values rise for the sixth straight quarter. Gibson gives his take on the chronic shortage of property here in Australia and why it’s so important the property industry remains strong. As always, we look at the strongest residential markets in Australia. Our Special Guest is former Australian Rugby Union and Rugby League dual-code international Mr John Brass. Educated at Sydney Boys High and graduating in 1963. Brass went on to play first grade with the Randwick Rugby Union Club. Brass went on make twelve international representative appearances with the Wallabies from 1966 to 1968 including the coveted 1966-67 Australian Rugby Union tour of Britain, Ireland and France.  When Brass switched to Rugby League in 1969 joining Eastern Suburbs, he did so on a then record contract of $30,000. Brass made six appearances for the Kangaroos in 1970 and 1975 captaining Australia on one occasion. Remarkable stories including his time under Coach of the Century Jack Gibson and the infamous Grand Final win of 1975, Brass receiving death threats the week leading into Grand Final week and the measures taken, a truly frightening story. Brass joined AMP had a highly successful career in commercial advisory in shopping centre management and acquisitions. The ‘go to man’ of the industry era until recent retirement! In 1995, Brass was asked to join the board of Super League and remained on the Board when the truce between the warring factions was called in 1997 and the NRL was formed & remained on the board until 2005.  The playing CV looks this way, 3 premierships with The Galloping Greens of Randwick, 12 tests for the Wallabies, 2 premierships with Eastern Suburbs 1975 & 76 under Coach Jack Gibson,142 games with The Roosters with 722 points to his name. Coyne moved into the insurance industry Coyne’s knowledge and experience led him to senior roles within the industry, including Executive General Manager of GIO's national workers compensation claims operations and Executive/Managing Director of Coal Services Pty Ltd, a specialist workers compensation insurance scheme for the coal mining industry. In 2012 Mark commenced as Chief Executive of EML after joining the organisation two years earlier strong growth followed under his leadership EML saw remarkable growth doubling in size. With a degree in Business Management, our guest was a Director of NRMA Road Service and a Director of the Police and Citizens Youth Club for a decade.
