    wraB. S02E10 - It's D-day Meaning It's Dad's Day!

    Happy Papshiebelle's Day mga beshiecakes! It's Father's Day and we have another guest judge on the show. Chz. It's not a guest judge, but we have another guest in the form of a modern-day millennial papshie in our friend Carlos! After the amazing mamshiebells episode with Chan, we also invited our papshiebells friend Carlos to talk about the qualms and joys of a millennial dad. We talk about what expectations he'd has as a father and what brings him joy as a father especially living in this day and age.  We also learn about the kind of love Carlos gives not just to his children, but also to his wifey! Super kilig episode to say the least, but it's again another very insightful episode about parenthood. It just goes to show that we both have a lot to learn and unlearn about what family means for most of us, and how it can truly change our lives for the better. So unsa paman inyong gihuwat?     It's Pride Month mga beshiebells! For this episode, Jeana and Ju talk about what we know on the celebration of Pride and everything about Pride from flags to knowing about our basic SOGIE. And as you may already know, Ju always prides himself as a member of the trans, nonbinary folk, however in this episode we'll also put a highlight on what Jeana identifies as. From the very beginning, we both agreed to create this podcast as a form of Pride itself - we wanted to share a part of ourselves as a form of celebration, activism, and a safe haven - so that those of us who are somehow uncomfortable, hurt, or even to an extent afraid of being ourselves can find a place they can relate to or even find some form of resonance with.     wraB. S02E08 - Existentialism, "Everything, Everywhere, All At Once," and "Everything but the Bagel" (Part 2)

    This is Part 2! From talking about the ever-so famous Hobbes v Rousseau question and down to our experiences from watching "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once" to now discussions about the deeper meaning of our existence. We're establishing a *trigger warning* for this episode, because we really go into relatively dark territories concerning human existence. More particularly, we talking about what we think is the meaning of life and how we've dealt about these questions in the past. We've always understood that as millennials, we have had questions relating to our lives - "why are we here?" and "what is it all for?". We've both struggled with these questions and have tried our best to learn more about what we can do to change our headspace, and to an extent our behaviors towards life and beyond. We've honestly got "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once" to blame! We know not so much of us talk about topics such as these because it's often frowned-upon, but as advocates of mental health, we wish to make this episode a safe space for us to communicate our thoughts on these kinds of questions which we know so much of us struggle with.     We’re here for one of our most jam-packed episodes in a long time. We talk about tons of things - ranging from the recently concluded election, the need to escape from the reality of our lives, the inherent evilness of mankind, and Everything, Everywhere, All At Once. In this episode, we look into our own thoughts on the reality of accepting the will of the electorate, our feelings about historical revisionism and disinformation in relation to the recent election! We then talk about the famous "is man inherently good or evil" question. And everything we felt while watching "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once" with Justein's favorite GOAT Michelle Yeoh and Jeana's cinema crying! We've placed a *trigger warning* for this episode because the conversation about existentialism and the meaning of life went a little too dark. During Season 1, Ju shared his love for anything K-pop and we learned so much about among comments about the hullaballoo surrounding the Hallyu wave in our lives!
