Welcome to season 4! I've missed this space. It brings freedom and expression. On this season I bring you my spirit. I have worked on myself for a year. I have learned to parent myself. I have continued on my healing journey. I have continued on my therapy journey.

Each episode this season I bring a bit of calming wisdom. A big part of mental health is anxiety. Living in Black America brings anxiety coupled with a lot of messed up realities. I started asking the universe questions. I am asking you the same questions.
