    After being in a rollercoaster accident as a child, Anna's teen years were filled with bouts of anxiety, depression, and even suicidality. But through discovering Muay Thai when she was 19, Anna managed to overcome her trauma - and eventually begin her work as a somatic therapist who helps clients through movement.
