When we are feeling overwhelmed, it can be tricky to stay present and grounded within ourselves. The intention of this meditation, is to practice becoming aware and accepting of whatever is present in our experience. Moving from overwhelm to acceptance, with attention on the breath, acknowledging the body, thoughts, and emotions as they arise. Cultivating an attitude of non-judgement, allowance and compassion. ♡
