Talk About It - S1 E1 - Listening is the Key

HOSMs PCN Mental Health Team Presents 'Talk About It' The Podcast. 

Honiton Surgery, Sid Valley Practice and Coleridge Medical Centre, based in East Devon, are extremely excited to announce the launch of their Primary Care Mental Health Team. The pilot project offers patients of the three surgeries a new approach to receiving support for their Mental Health. 

Series 1 of 'Talk About It' introduces the new service. In each episode, Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach Abby will be joined by individuals who have played key parts in developing the new Mental Health Team. 

In Episode One - Abby is joined by Sean Corbett, Practice Manager of Honiton Surgery and Manager of the Mental Health Team. Sean discusses why the service has been developed and his vision for the team going forward.
