Such a good podcast if you are interested in mindset, performance, health or just overall improvement of life. Nice variety of subjects and speakers and has truly been an eye opener. Its that little push to take self improvement to the next level. Decent length to get into different subject as a stepping stone to broaden your interests.

Since November 2019, I’ve changed my mindset, and started to download the Nike training app and running app. Decided to become back in shape. Now I’m listening every week to this podcast, because it’s very Educational. I’ve learned already so much that benefits me now and in the future. Keep up the good work Guys!
