What makes a relationship healthy? & How to be happy alone?

What makes a relationship healthy? & How to be happy alone?

After one year hiatus, I am back with season 2! In this episode, I wanted to discuss about relationships 💛

We weren’t taught how to love or be in a healthy relationship at school so many of us are navigating this on our own or looking towards others for help. I am one of them! Whether you are single or in a relationship I hope this episode can make you feel less alone. Learning how to be single is also something we all go through and in this digital age, it can be challenging when all you can see are couple photos, posts, or vlogs. At the end of the day know that you are way more than enough and capable of living a happy life whether you are attached or not! ❤️

How to grow in love with yourself 💕// Stop seeking for external validation

How to grow in love with yourself 💕// Stop seeking for external validation

In this episode, I talk about two big life lessons that took me a long time to learn, “how to grow in love with yourself as an Empath” and how to “stop seeking validation from others. ✨Being an empath we can fall in love with others really easily. We tend to put the needs of our partner or friend first. In fact, these behaviours prevent us from cultivating healthy relationships with people. We all are prone to getting addicted to the feeling when people “like” our social media posts and it feels damn good when someone compliments you on a photo with a “gurrlll you look hot” or “broo someone is lookin thicc”. But, external validation only gives us temporary happiness and confidence about ourselves.

Here I share my personal experiences of seeking validation from relationships and how I learned to grow in love with myself more each day. I hope you enjoyed this episode lovely listeners 3 If you are on a similar journey to self-love and healing, feel free to reach out to me on my instagram at @manifestmerakii . ✨💕
