    The main reason, in my honest opinion, is if you create a sense of confusion and fear it makes it much easier to sell a solution. Yes the lies are all about making money from vulnerable people desperate to achieve something.

    In this episode I aim to bust some of the biggest myths around weight loss:

    ▪️Carbs make you fat

    ▪️Fat makes you fat

    ▪️Eating at certain times of the day makes you fat

    ▪️Supplements cause weight loss

    ▪️Weight loss is just about moving more and eating less

    There are more but I feel these are some of the biggest things we get told. After understanding why the above points are a load of nonsense hopefully you will create a better relationship with how weight loss really works and in all honest cut the BS out of your mindset to help you on your journey.

    Following on from a post I did a few weeks ago on TikTok and Reels showing 5 classic signs you have an unhealthy relationship with food let's try and put things in to place to fix the issue.

    Creating a much healthier relationship with food and eating in general has been one of the best things I have done on my journey and in all honesty if it hadn't been something I had worked on I don't feel i would of had the success i've had.

    I hope this podcast goes some way to helping you address your issues but it is a common one.
