Memory palace 101
I have been listening to Anthony’s pod casts lately, and they are full of recipes to strengthen the memory as a tool. A concept I have been spending some time on is the memory palace, and how to create them - might not be creative enough :) However, the podcast on how to find them in your travels or in your own street and town really gave me peace of mind, thanks :)

I liked explanation of a 10-year old Alicia about learning and using memory palace technique. Her comprehensive explanation gives a clear picture of what it's all about. It's worth listening to it
