THE most valuable resource and inspiration

i've been listening to food psych for about 6 months and it has genuinely helped me immensely to come to terms with my own eating disorder, and for the first time in years i feel encouraged and inspired to fully recover. as it is touching and inspiring to hear peoples own stories about going through disordered eating, i also love how she focuses on society's obsession with dieting portraied as a way of succeeding.

just as much as this has given me support in my own process, i believe this can be truly helpful to anyone relative to a person suffering from ED. i wish for this podcast to be intergrated in more treatment programmes and processes. a true golden resource imo.

Wonderfull and insightfull podcast!

This is one of the best podcasts that I've ever listen to. Christy knows her stuff. She is an excellent interviewer, she picks really interesting guests and the content is of high quality. If you are interested in your own health and wellbeing, this is an investment in that area! One of my definite favorites!
