The topics they discuss are serious, but also laughable. They brilliantly demonstrate how absurd the various claims and beliefs about nutrition and especially obesity are. I don’t agree with absolutely everything, but have learned alot from listening to this.

Love this podcast and my only complaint is that they only publish every 2 weeks! Well, that’s more a me problem. They do super thorough research and are surprisingly unbiased. It’s almost like their views are supported by research and evidence! Well done making this podcast and keep up the good work - I’ll just keep waiting for the next one. :-)

I am absolutely obsessed with this podcast! Part of me is deeply sad I haven’t discovered it before, the other part is very happy I’m late to the party so I can listen to ✨all the episodes✨ at once. Aubrey and Michael offer a perfectly comedic approach to- and take on diet culture, toxic positivity, and the bananas stuff the “wellness” industry comes up with. The podcast is well researched and their conversations are honest, fun, and thoughtful. As a straight sized person I appreciate their work to widen my perspectives and understanding of my own privileges. As a person recovering from ED I’ve been able to understand more deeply the cultural frames in which I’ve been affected. Will one thousand percent recommend this podcast!💛 Thank you!🙏🏽🥰
