Adam Jones, Meghan Ottolini (Mego), and producer/brand personality Christian Arcand host ‘Jones and Mego’ weekdays from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. on WEEI. Jones joined WEEI in January of 2023 from 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston, where he hosted the station’s night show since 2013 and co-hosted “The Dan Shaughnessy Show” from 2009-10. Ottolini joined WEEI as a part-time host in 2021 before becoming a full-time addition to afternoon drive in 2022. She previously spent five years as a reporter with the Boston Herald and as a co-host of ‘Quick Slants’ on NBC Sports Boston. Arcand, born and raised in Boston’s North End, is in his second stint at WEEI, rejoining the station in November of 2022 after a five-year run with The Sports Hub.

Analyzing Don Sweeney's comments
Don Sweeney had a bizarre media availability session today. He finger wagged at the media, said that paying a fine was his biggest fear, and said nothing on the Bruins stance on the bogus goal call from yesterday. He proved that he is more worried about Jeremy Jacob’s money than sparking the team.
Also, if Brad Marchand did what Sam Bennett did, would Bruins fans be calling for a suspension? -

Hour 2 - The second hour of the Jones and Mego show was about the Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots. First, Jones urges the Bruins to take a body on their way out by hitting Sam Bennet, the new villain of Boston.
Then, is Jayson Tatum dominant? No one on this show thinks so! Mego says, "He is supposed to be a face of the NBA. He is shooting poorly. He is not playing up to the standard that we expect."
Finally, Jones speaks on the Patriots QB competition between Drake Maye, Jacoby Brissett, and Joe Milton. Don't take TOO much stock in rookie camp! -
Jones: Jayson Tatum is overrated
Jones is growing frustrated by Jayson Tatum's answers to the media recently. He says he dominates and that no one watches the actual games. HE IS NOT DOMINATING. I would not use that word for him. Mitchell has been more dominant.
Arcand: He has to bring back his slithery moves to the hole with the ball.
Mego: Is it bad to say that Tatum’s shooting percentage is way down this playoff run? You cannot shoot the ball, that is the problem. It is irritating to me. -

Jones: The Bruins are done, but I want them to send some messages to the Panthers on the way out.
Mego: The Bruins are finished.
Arcand: The Bruins still have some fight left in them. -
