Anbefales! Alt du trenger vite om helse og mer til. Jeg har gått på Bulletproof kaffe og dietten i 5 år og kommer nok til å gjøre det livet ut. Man merker enorm forskjell på energi og klarhet når man finner ut av hva som er riktig mat, drikke, soving, kosttilskudd, fysisk og mental trening, og alt dette hjelper denne podkasten med å klarlegge. Dave er morsom å høre på og har et godt hjerte. Podkastene er gjerne veldig detaljerte, og bunner ut i noe praktisk man kan gjøre. Man merker og føler resultatene så jeg kan stå inne for erfaringene man får om man følger rådene fra Dave. Det er mye informasjon om helse som høres bra ut men som viser seg å ikke virke i praksis. Her er Dave unik i det at det meste er testet i praksis på forhånd. Om du tar helse alvorlig og ønsker å leve frisk og rask lenge, så er denne podkasten for deg.

I have been listening a couple of months, I am happy about me starting taking notes, and I was not prepared to the amount of notes I wanted to write. Time now even more well spent( I can probably great use of some of this various info for inspiration for D&D. Definitely looking to sneaking in some biohacks for the clever or wise characters to utilise, now I just need to actually start playing, has been too long)
