#83 ASHLEE SMITH: ILLNESS IS OUR SOUL SPEAKING TO US. OVERCOMING A QUARTER LIFE CRISIS AND BECOMING A COACH THROUGH MY OWN EXPERIENCE. YOU’RE ALREADY HOLDING THE ROPE TO GET OUT...JUST START CLIMBING‪.‬ The Punch Drunk Soul Podcast - Soul Alignment + Business Chats

    • Health & Fitness

This week we’re speaking with Ashlee Smith, a new coach who’s just launched as of late last year who enrolled 2 paying clients into her first coaching program. Listen in to this episode to find out what it’s been like for her to start her coaching business as she’s navigated a significant illness, battled the negative stereotypes of life coaches, and facing the doubts and fears in herself that almost made her quit.

I love hearing how Ashlee has found her purpose through her illness, just like I did, how she developed her confidence as a coach by actually COACHING her clients (not waiting around to feel ready!) and how she believed in herself because she had the calling to be of service.

I 100% believe that if you’re called to be a coach and to serve, guide and help others, that this path is FOR you and that there’s no way you can fail. You just need to take your first step, and keep taking each step, one after the other, to get where you want to go.

Ashlee is a great example of this!
