Fantastic to be able to access Dr Berg’s wisdom and advice on here. I’ve been following his Keto and Intermittent fasting plan for over six months now. I had been taking diabetes medication for 30 years and have now come off all my diabetic medications, lost 8 kgs and feel healthier than I have in years. Highly recommend.
