Stop “should-ing” on yourself and listen to this podcast! Chelsea brings together nutritional evidence and habit-forming evidence in a way I haven’t seen before. She explains why will-power and hours of food prep might not be the answer to eating better long term. I find her advice incredibly powerful and her food prep recipes and tips actually attainable. I love that they actually look like what I make, which is sometimes a bit wonky! Love this podcast xoxo
