Simon does a first class job of interviewing a diverse group of scientists to help dissect the science of living a healthy life. He is not afraid to face any topic, and obviously does plenty of research beforehand. I have been listening for a number of years now and his podcasts are my number one!!! Thank you Simon, you are a star!!
The best podcast for everyone!

The proof is a great podcast for new vegans, long time vegans and even non vegans. It’s full of useful everyday tips to inspire you. The guests are diverse and Simon isn’t afraid of hearing a range of opinions. Most importantly it’s backed by science. Simon acknowledges all aspects of studies and research and really knows his stuff. Some of the people he gets to speak to are incredible and I find my self thinking about them years after I listen. I often send The Proof podcasts to my family and friends who have questions about eating more plants as there’s a podcast to cover almost every topic! 5+ stars from me!!
