*A weirdly specific number, yes. A study of >5000 women in NZ found that most of them weren't eating enough of the foods we know help make the best babies. For more of a shocker, a similar study in Australia showed that 0% were eating ideally (even though two-thirds of them thought they were!)

How safe are male supplements for fertility?

How safe are male supplements for fertility?

I probably sound like a broken record, but hey, if you didn't know, oxidative stress is a major player in men's infertility. And at the moment we have very expensive and limited ways to find out just how much it is affecting each man. It makes sense that supplements designed to combat oxidative stress would be the antidote. Right??!
    Plot twist!
You'll need to listen to the end to hear all about which supplements we have researched, what the WHO recommends about male supplements, the risks of taking them when you don't need them, and some practical (and safe) changes we can make.

    TIMESTAMPS
0:35 Sperm health is sooo important
1:35 Why current sperm tests are letting us down
3:29 Our current accessibility to testing oxidative damage
5:14 The six supplements that possibly make a difference
    10:00 What the WHO recommends
10:52 When taking supplements is a bad thing
11:39 Three ways you can find out if you need supplements
14:00 Summary of all of the above

Fertility Foods downloadable for men to tweak their diet.

    The science behind superstar sperm

With a 50%-freaking-decrease in sperm count globally over the last 40 years, sperm health has never been a bigger issue in the realm of fertility.

Avoid endo pain by eating less of these...

Avoid endo pain by eating less of these...

Here to reduce your endo pain naturally? Join me as I explore the intricate relationship between estrogen dominance, inflammation, and certain types of fats, such as palmitic acid, which quite likely make things worse. You'll hear where things are at between endometriosis and red meat, alcohol, caffeine, and even environmental disruptors like pesticides and BPA. While some people with endometriosis find relief by cutting out certain foods like gluten and soy due to their potential inflammatory effects, you'll figure out if this is something YOU need to do, and how to go about it.

Are you on the lookout for a FODMAP dietitian near you? Here's a list of who specialises in this area.

    TIMESTAMPS
01:29 Total fat, saturated fat and palmitic acid...and where to find them
    04:39 Meat and endo
05:57 Alcohol and caffeine, not so bad?
    07:27 EDC's - what, where, who?
09:32 FODMAPs, gluten & soy - do you need to level up?
