Incredible resource

Been listening on and off for five or so years, and as a layman with no scientific or sports training background I have found Shaun’s podcasts a fantastic source of information, covering a large range of topics. I can say with certainty that advice gathered from the podcasts has enabled me to run some great ultras around the world and perform better than I would have imagined. Thanks Shaun.
