The perfect running companion
I appreciate the evidence-based approach to ultra running to help navigate all the woo out there. I love that it isn't sponsored so that Koop has the freedom to give us his (and his guest's) honest take.
Its informative, but not too formal and I enjoy the conversational style that is perfect for those longer runs or daily commutes.
My only gripe with this podcast is that I wish these were longer! 2~4 hours? Why not.
One in a million ...
I appreciate to what extend every episode is setup and often stylised in order to bring a clear and mostly conclusive message across to the listener. I am looking forward to each episode and I am totally appreciative of how Koop contributes to this space!!!
Terrific pairing of sports science with empathy
What I most value from Jason Koop's advice is that it's founded on his strong background in sports science and tempered with his passion to help athletes, which is fuelled by his genuine interest in them as individuals. He's always as engaging a speaker as he is informative. Always worth a listen!
