    Binging On Purpose | How Being Present, Even If You Binge, Is Helpful

    Your resistance to being present in the moment may be partially due to not wanting to deny yourself whatever it is that you want in that moment. Make sure you know the pause is not about restriction. It’s not about taking something away. Not about stopping yourself or controlling or creating discomfort.   It’s about being present for what is. Being in the moment. Slowing down for a second before you take your next step.   When you really pause it can be a nice experience. Where you feel yourself calm down. Where time feels slow. Where you gain something back.     If You've Always Failed At This Point

    Look back at all those times you weren't able to push through and ask yourself in the kindest way possible... Why?What did you need then to push through?What did you not know then that you know now?What can you give yourself now that you didn't have then?Your past "failures" are not evidence that you can't do it now. They are only examples to tell you what you need to do differently now. Never Give UP.
