    • Sociedad y cultura

Welcome back listeners! In this episode we visit with the Museum of Life and Science in Durham, NC and meet Allison Campbell, Manager for Fundraising Events and Coordinator for After Hours programing, where she speaks to us about an amazing initiative in which adults are engaged through responsible, smart drinking. It’s a 21 and up event where adults can learn, explore and know wonder. You can find the museum here: http://www.lifeandscience.org Then Dr. Marsha Penner joins us. She's the Lecturer and Director for Undergraduate Research in Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, she talks what it means to be a super taster, how it affects our preferences in certain beers and why when you small, say Tequila, it invokes a certain emotional/physical response. We talk that and so much more. We’re jumping right into science’s deep end. So, grab your favorite drink and geek out with us for a while!
Also, don’t forget I’m on Facebook, search Make it a Double! give it a like, it’s the best way to get info on up coming shows and guest.
If you have any ides or would like to be on the show please reach out. I’d love to hear from you!
