Fairly brief overview of my current dietary practices. Basically eat protein and fat at breakfast 🍳 eat protein fat and carbs at lunch. Eat protein carbs and fat at dinner. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables of various colors. Eat more carbs if you’re more lean and active- eat less carbs if you’re more sedentary and less active. Eat from sun up to sun down.
