    What do you do when you're feeling stuck or unmotivated? As an entrepreneur and a mother, I’ve faced my share of challenges. There are days when I feel drained, uninspired, or overwhelmed by setbacks. But what I’ve learned over the years is that while I can't control what happens around me, I can control how I respond. One powerful lesson I picked up from a mentor is that where focus goes, energy flows. If I fixate on problems, they seem to grow. But if I shift my attention to solutions, opportunities start appearing. I love the analogy of teaching a child to ride a bike, if you tell them, “Don’t hit the rock,” they’ll hit it every time. But if you guide them by saying, “Follow the path,” they naturally steer away from obstacles. The same applies to life and business. So, how do we redirect our focus? I use five key strategies. First, start your day with intention. Set your mindset before the day sets it for you. Second, practice gratitude, it’s a game-changer. Third, fill your cup; take time for self-care. Fourth, when in doubt, move your body, physical movement shifts energy. And lastly, the most important one? You’ll have to stick around to find out.
