    In today's episode I speak to Dwayne Edgar.......  An FAI qualified football coach, qualified fitness instructor & Lifeguard who takes us on the journey of setting up with his friend and partner Karl Taafe the hugely popular and ever growing Inner City running club in Dublin.  Dwayne bring's us through his humble origins in Dublin's North Inner City, what life was like for him in school being spoken down to and misguided by teachers.  Told he wouldn't amount to nothing from them, to then go on and set up the biggest running club in Dublin a few short years later.  This was an incredibly inspiring conversation to be a part of, I was genuinely in awe on many occasions.  The club started out during the lockdown and gave many Dubliners a sense of belonging and community.  Dwayne also shared some really powerful stories of transformation from some of its members.  The most prominent was Cobey who needs to walk aided by a walker, not to be deterred.  The community supports each other and takes him through the marathons in a wheelchair, and he absolutely loves it.  They all do, including his father who gets to run the races with him.  Dwayne also brought us through what the future has in store for the club and their future ambitions not too far into the future.  This conversation made me feel very happy and proud for all involved, there's some HUGE goals in the pipeline for this club & it's members.  I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as me.

    In todays's episode I speak with Alexandra O'Hallaran. A yoga and dance teacher from Ballyfermot, Dublin. It was amazing to speak to such a young and wise woman from one of working class area of Dublin.  We covered her life story and what it was like going to school and growing up in Ballyformot.  What life has been like as a kids dance teacher and how she signed up for Yoga Teaching Training for the physical side of the Ancient Eastern healing modality so she could teach it to the kids who attend her dance classes.  Only to be blown away by the depth of wisdom and how far this healing modality dates back, she speaks about the depths of wisdom she learned about herself and what it was like to come to an understanding of why her emotions get triggered in different situations. What it's like to sit with these emotions for the first time instead trying to distract herself with phones, magazines or anything else.  Alex also told us what her plan's are to bring Yoga into all the children's school in Ballyformot and beyond.  This is an incredibly inspiring story, and great to hear of a local break the mould of what's considered "normal life" in working class area's of Dublin.  I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

    The Queen of Quote's Browning swings in today for a very uplifting and inspiring conversation about life growing up in the inner city. It was priceless growing up in that community spirit, where everyone's door was always open and every woman in the flats was like your mother. Robyn takes us through her journey from partying every weekend to becoming a mother at age 21, a business owner not long after, and the struggles that came with being a single parent while honouring her heart's desire to continue traveling the world. Fast forward to today,  where Robyn has gone through multiple career pivots but still works in the beauty industry as an eyebrow technician. She also has a sound healing business that she uses to give back to her community and bring a different healing modality to those around her. This was an incredible and inspiring conversation that was cut short because Robyn was heading to Brazil. Part two will be coming soon. Enjoy! 🔥

Barry tell's us what it was like to lose his father so young and growing up in life without a male role model. The impact childhood bullying has had on him in his adult life and where his mind was at when he attempted suicide. He goes on to cover his full recovery story from being told he wouldn't walk or hike again to going on to win and smash a few personal bests in marathons across Australia. Now his plans to help people suffering with their mental health in the future. This was powerful and an incredibly inspiring conversation.     In this episode I speak with Rebecca Ridani who I spent 9 months training with last year.  Rebecca is a clinical psychologist who completed her masters 12+ years ago.  This was an amazing story of, resilience, grit and determination.  Rebecca could speak 4 different languages by the age of 7.  She allowed us understand what life was like growing up in a warzone, Lebennon.  Hearing bombs and bullets flying across the sky's, to moving to Australia at a very young age not knowing how to speak English.  Her childhood dreams of wanting become a fashion designer and then later in life wanting to support the change in others.  Rebecca started out her professional life becoming successful really fast managing technical data centres before she realized her heart lay somewhere else.  Rebecca speaks of starting her psychology degree as an older student and what it was like mentally going through that transition.  This is a very powerful & inspiring conversation bringing us up to Rebecca's belief in this present day of coaching modalities and psychology interweaving for the highest good of the patients/ clients.  Very inspiring story, I hope you enjoy it as much I did! ⚡️🤩

Sherrif St to be precise.  His is an incredible story of grit, determination, ambition and never say die attitude. He shares how street smarts are an incredibly powerful tool in a Champions Success. 🔥 We covered what life was like growing up in Sherrif St, what he thought about school and how it indirectly set him up with a life of discipline to be able to persue his dreams.  He spoke of the two options you get to choose from after leaving school. One leads to prison or a graveyard and the other leads to living life on your own terms.  He shared some incredible stories of the support he receives from his close family, and what it means to him to be considered an inspiration to the younger generation and all those around him.  This is a powerful conversation with a powerful young Man.     Letting go is hard, but rebuilding is the path to creating your masterpiece.  In this episode it's just me swinging in with a few updates after shelving the podcast for 9 month's while I completed my Elementum Master Coach certification.  This intro alone is a beautiful insight into best practices to maximize your potential in life.  I had so much going on last year,  instead of stressing myself so much into overwhelm and burnout.  I put the podcast on hold until I had the capacity and focus required to pick it up again.  Lots of little wisdom nuggets in there too.  Enjoy!

    Requested back by popular demand. One of the funniest people on the planet, Miriam the pocket rocket Brewer. She brings a wealth of life experience to every place and space she walks and talks into. On today's episode we covered Pride month and dropped some love for the LGBTQ+ community as on realization during our conversation had to go through their own right's of passage in regards to owning their truth and coming out as exactly who they are. We also covered her running away from the 20 million dollar family home to become gypsy like and live life on the road on her own. Not returning for over 12 years and the importance of living life on your own terms, if it's not going according to how you want it to be turn the finger inward and see how you're responsible for the situation and what you can do to change it.
