Tim Hannah from CTConnections in Sunny Queensland joined me just prior to lock down. 

Tim shared his journey as a young leader and I loved his view of leadership.

We discuss complexities in the workplace such as flexible working arrangements which little did we know everyone would experience within weeks of our discussion.

Tim is a dad of 3 little girls and working in an industry that has certainly been affected by COVID-19.
