    Today’s meditation is inspired by a text that means a lot to me: Aphorism 33 from the Yoga Sutras off Patanjali. This meditation will help us understand how we can be calm by attaching to positive energy and detaching from negative energy. Meditation is an opportunity for us to cultivate a relationship with the aspect of ourself that isn’t governed by other people’s opinions and feelings about us. We have everything we need within us.
