E2E2 Nadine Lyamouri-Bajja

Learner Journeys

In this Episode of Learner Journeys, Bastian speaks with Nadine Lyamouri-Bajja

Nadine is a systemic, solution-focused psychologist, psychotherapist and international trainer/ consultant. She is the co-manager of the Intercultural Institute of Systemic Competences (IICoS) in France. She is specialised in solution-focused psychotraumatology and trains individuals, institutes, organisations and NGOs on intercultural competences, systemic coaching and thinking, psychological first aid and conflict transformation across Europe.

As a psychologist and coach, she accompanies children, adolescents and adults to find better solutions to current life challenges.

Bastian and Nadine speak about the overlaps of training and therapy; how the one influences the other and what insights about learning and personal growth we can draw from them together. We speak about systems, systemic dynamics that impact those that we accompany for a while and the dimension of ‘time’ in all of this.
