I’ve found this podcast and all of the Circle of Atonement resources to be the most illuminating and resonating because it refers to The Course in every point for clarification and avoids purely personal speculation. I feel confident when I’m listening that the content of the Course is being prioritized in its authenticity, which is so important to me as a student. Also Robert and Emily’s dynamic is engaging and inspiring in an of itself. They have such a respect and value for each other that’s apparent and shines in the conversations, acting as an example we can aspire to or learn from ourselves in relating. It’s clear how much the Course truly means to them in their lives and in their relationship, which to me is a mark of integrity that I want to see in my teachers. I had been studying A Course in Miracles on my own since 1999. For years, I wrestled with the text, drawn to its depth but often unsure whether I was truly understanding. Discovering this podcast was like turning on a light in a dark room. Through their careful, disciplined approach, Robert Perry and Emily Bennington crystallize the Course’s philosophy in a way that feels accessible. They walk directly through the language, sentence by sentence, clarifying context, intent, and structure. Complex passages become coherent. Dense ideas become navigable. What sets this podcast apart is its commitment to the Course itself. Robert and Emily continually return to the actual wording, helping listeners see what is truly there. The result is a grounded, text-based understanding that builds confidence and depth over time. For anyone who has studied alone and longed for clear, faithful guidance through the material, this podcast provides it. It has significantly sharpened my comprehension and strengthened my engagement with the Course. When they stay on course the teachings the present are beautiful and well delivered. Unfortunately, the suffer fro Trump Derangement Syndrome and California Dreaming elitism. This can make some episodes unbearable.
