It's that time of the week again! 

This week, we're back just the two of us to tackle a seriously taboo subject : 

The mental health of equestrians. 

From normalized incredibly hard working conditions to the constant pressure and judgment to the lack of motivation and the feeling of being stuck sometimes, we as equestrian have all been through it. 

Not only have we, Eve and Olivia, lived it first hand, our exchanges with high level athletes and trainers made us realize that we're all in the same boat even though we never talk about it. 

Normalizing less fun parts of the equestrian world starts today, may 1st 2022,  season 2 episode 8.

Today we interviewed Claudia Iannuccilli, freelance coach and athlete. We had a great conversation on how to not be afraid to stand out of the crowd and do things a little differently. 
Her career is not a straight line but her dream to work with horses fuels her and she is well on her way to reaching all of her goals !
