Customer Reviews
This podcast is helping me create generational wealth!
I stumbled upon this podcast after listening to “No Vacancy” to learn how to run my AirBNB. Ryan is the real deal and he does answer his IM’s. I was afraid to operate a short term rental because I didn’t want extra taxes. This podcast taught me about the STR Loophole and it changed the trajectory of my life and the life of my family, and their families, and their families. Take advantage of the courses and extra value he adds through his paid services like bootcamp and tax strategy academy. You will reap the benefits exponentially! I applied the skills learned to my taxes, saving over $20K. My children are in their 20’s and are taking Ryan’s retirement advice and tips very seriously. My son was the only student in his business class at college who had read both “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and “The Cashflow Quadrant”. I purchased a duplex this year and am under contract on a 4-unit. I am no longer scared of making money through real estate because I understand how the tax code works. Ryan’s genius zone is breaking down complex tax topics into short, digestible examples. I am eternally grateful. My only regret is that it took me a year to finally write a review.

Fantastic podcast!!
Thankful to Ryan for sharing so much valuable information on his podcast. He breaks down complicated topics so anyone can understand and incorporate them in to their own situation. I have learned so much from him and his fascinating guests; it has inspired me to change the way I think about our short term investments and opened my mind to how far we can go in this business. Please keep them coming!
