It’s a must listen for all things STR and beyond!
Avery’s podcast, book, FB group, and other resources keep me updated on all things STR. I definitely would not have 2 successful STRs if it weren’t for Avery and her team with The Short Term Shop. I had a limiting belief that I had to live in the same area as my rental, and this is simply not true! I learned everything I needed to know about buying and managing remotely from Avery and Luke and the STS team. Thanks y’all!
