So much healing can take place in that organ," says Sage Joya, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to reveal the profound connection between our colon health and our overall wellbeing. A former accountant turned quantum health practitioner, Sage explains how the colon serves as an internal navigation system, holding emotional data that can either weigh us down or propel us forward. In this eye-opening discussion, Sage shares her journey from corporate America to becoming a pioneer in what she calls "reverse quantum cleansing." She explains how water, when introduced to the colon, facilitates a "data download," allowing us to release not just physical waste, but emotional baggage as well. Sage discusses the quantum nature of our bodies, the power of conscious awareness in healing, and how addressing colon health can lead to rapid personal transformation. Tune in to today's episode to learn why Sage believes the colon is key to unlocking our latent potential, how bacteria in our gut influences our behavior, and why talking to our cells might be the next frontier in personal development. Discover how this unconventional approach to health could be the missing link in your journey to optimal wellbeing and self-realization. Key Takeaways1. Talk to your body: Communicate with your cells and bacteria, either out loud or through writing. Your body is listening and responding to your thoughts and words. 2. Release emotional baggage: Unresolved emotions can manifest as physical issues in the body. Work on consciously releasing trapped emotions to improve overall health. 3. Follow your true desires: Connect with your authentic, divinely-inspired desires. Moving towards these can naturally eliminate what no longer serves you. 4. Embrace change: Be open to releasing old patterns, relationships, and beliefs that are holding you back. Though uncomfortable at first, this allows for personal growth. 5. Stay hydrated: Proper hydration is crucial for physical and emotional wellbeing. Water helps cleanse the body, supports cellular communication, and can provide a sense of internal "hugging" and security. Memorable Quotes"We all have a vibration. We all have a frequency. We all have music inside of our body. And so we have a tendency to communicate with the environment based on that frequency, based on that song that we carry.""The colon is not this dirty, ugly organ that we should not talk about. So much healing can take place in that organ. We now know the greatest concentration of bacteria is sitting right inside of the colon, which turns it into this major immune buster.""When you do this work and get conscious around it, you start breaking cords. Because we do know we're all connected. Everything is connected. But some of the things we're connected to, we should not stay connected because it's a weight and it's changing our vibration."Resources MentionedDr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care: A Complete Program for Tissue Cleansing through Bowel Management by Dr. Bernard Jensen - https://amzn.to/3QjUzM6 Quantum Healing (Revised and Updated): Exploring the Frontiers of Mind/Body Medicine by Deepak Chopra M.D. - https://amzn.to/42UxyGL Connect with SageWebsite - a...

115: Carrie Bennett - The Quantum Biologic View of Cancer

📺 Watch & Subscribe on YouTube "A fever is a good thing because a fever is missing infrared," says Carrie Bennett, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to unveil the hidden power of light in our cellular health. Bennett explains how our bodies are not just biochemical machines, but intricate systems of structured water and mitochondrial function, deeply influenced by our light environment. She reveals why getting sick might actually be an opportunity for healing and how modern living has systematically divorced us from the natural rhythms essential for optimal health. In this eye-opening discussion, Carrie delves into the fascinating world of exclusion zone water, melatonin production, and the critical role of infrared light in maintaining cellular charge. She challenges conventional wisdom about toxins, explaining why even small exposures to substances like glyphosate and fluoride can have profound effects on our health when combined with other environmental factors.  Tune in to today's episode to discover how simple changes in your light exposure could revolutionize your health, why cancer cells might be suffering from a lack of charge, and how embracing natural light cycles could be the key to unlocking your body's innate healing potential. Key Takeaways1. Prioritize light exposure: Get morning sunlight and limit artificial light at night to support healthy mitochondrial function and melatonin production. This helps maintain proper cellular charge and exclusion zone water. 2. Incorporate infrared exposure: Use saunas or red light therapy to build exclusion zone water, support mitochondrial health, and boost cellular energy production. This can enhance overall resilience and healing. 3. Optimize sleep environment: Create a completely dark sleeping space using blackout curtains and avoid blue light before bed to maximize nighttime melatonin production and cellular repair processes. 4. Reduce EMF exposure: Keep wireless devices away from your body, consider hardwiring your workstation, and position your bed away from WiFi routers to minimize mitochondrial stress from non-native electromagnetic fields. 5. View illness differently: Recognize that symptoms like fever and mucus production can be beneficial, allowing the body to clear toxins and reestablish healthy cellular function. Support rather than suppress these processes when possible. Memorable Quotes"When you get a fever or when you develop mucus, it's an opportunity for your body to get stuff out that doesn't serve it. It is an opportunity. The question becomes, how can we help the body resolve that beneficial inflammatory cascade?""Our cells have this innate intelligence. If something's invading the cells and causing dysfunction, the body says this is not going to serve me long term. There's things we can do to push stuff out of the cell. Through our lens, we talk about building exclusion zone water.""The foundation is light. When the light environment's in place, the mitochondria are healthier. When the mitochondria are healthier, the charge inside the cell is healthier. When that's healthier, the cell has the energy it needs to run all its processes."Resources MentionedThe Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor by Gerald H. EP 110: Liquid Crystal to Ether: Next Level Quantum Biology (Replay)

“There’s no such thing as empty space.” Today’s episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast revisits a riveting and revelatory discussion with Carrie Bennet wherein she explains the truth of the matter, both inside and out. We are, Carrie explains, contrary to what mainstream medical research has so long led us to believe, not biochemical beings but electromagnetic and vibrational beings. In fact, we are liquid crystal, the fourth phase of water, and that water acts as a conduit for communication with the superfluid ether that exists—moves, in fact, constantly, and without resistance—all around us. Rather than a series of particles, she explains, everything is a fluid, moving wave.    This means we can interact with the ether, organize and harness it to do everything from heal ourselves to communicate with our ancestors. Carrie will discuss why so many physicists—including Einstein—believed ether didn’t exist, yet how it could help explain the existence of the pyramids. She also explains why, since we are so closely in tune with an energy field that connects us to everything in the cosmos—we must be intentional with our emotions, thoughts and feelings.    Tune in to today’s discussion to learn more about ether—the bridge between the physical and the spiritual.    Quotes “Really nothing is happening in the body without that water being involved. And that water provides this continuous web, this continuous conduit through which body-wide communication can take place. So, it legitimately is why this finger always knows what’s happening in this part of my brain which knows what’s happening in my big toe because there is a medium which connects it all through which they can communicate.” (24:21 | Carrie Bennett) “If we were to blow an atom up until it was the size of a football field—one atom, the size of a football field—we would have a nucleus that was about the size of a quarter at the 50-yard line and then we would have a fly, which was the electron buzzing around the outside of the stadium. And the rest would be filled with this substance that we call the ether. So it’s not empty, that’s the scale. So, we’re talking about—it is a fluid—so, a fluid medium that basically fills all space. So, anywhere there is empty space, it fills it. And even things that appear solid are actually always imploding and always pulling it into them as well.”  (42:29 | Carrie Bennett) “We’ve got to give up the idea of particles, even. We have to realize that everything is just a vibration, a wave, a fluid, a movement happening.” (44:05 | Carrie Bennett)    Links Connect with Carrie Bennett: carriebwellness.com Instagram: @carriebwellness  Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm
