    In this inspiring episode we are joined by Sam Williams, founder of Zen Tent Events and the Elements Retreat.
    Sam shares her journey of taking a leap of faith from her long term career as a Social Worker to creating the Elements Retreat, which holds space for people who work in the caring & service professional to reconnect with themselves and fill their own cups. "It's for therapists and practitioners and people of service. All of those people out there that just give and give and give. I wanted them all to gather together to receive."
    Sam talks us through how she was moved to open her heart, to overcome fear & resistance, and to taking that first step forward. What Sam then found was a wave of support, collaboration, and synchronicities that allowed the Retreat to take shape, and to reach out to the people who spend their lives being in service, to come and receive.

    She encourages us to listen to our hearts, have faith, and be open to new opportunities.

    We breakdown the expected sexual roles between genders: the performer, the recipient, the lover, the protector and hold space for a beautiful, open and honest conversation.
    It wasn't a straight forward relationship for Katy and Warren.
    For 3 years they were complete disconnection from any sexual energy, their hearts were closed. They were caught in a cycle and dynamic of leaning in and pushing away, the dance of the heart. But they also didn't give up on each other, or their love and through work, respect and play, they found their way back to each other.
    We thank them so much for openly and vulnerability share their story of what they've learnt about life force energy through their relationship and how persevering with difficult circumstances in terms their sexual relating, has brought them to discover expansive, ecstatic states in their own bodies and with one another.

    Warren is a successful video director, if you have ever been to a a Rolling Stones, Adele or Elton john concert you would have seen his work being projected behind these stars and many more. Warren got into yoga 18 years ago as a way of continuing his first love - skateboarding, a passion that began aged ten. It is through this path that he discovered meditation, sacred sexuality and mens work.
