How can we talk climate problems without India, China and Russia? We are discussing moneys and reparation’s and solutions for affected countries. This is unproductive and unfair for both the West and affected countries. So sad, no answers or problems can be solved without these key player’s.
Perhaps the G20 , expecially if Africa is accepted into the group, would be more productive and acceptable.
