    Your Mental Health Matters

    The mind is a playground filled with thoughts, ideas and beliefs. Mental Health conditions obviously have to do with the mind and that is where the enemy attacks first. He knows that if he attacks our Mental capacity he wins the battle. It can start off as a worry, a dissatisfaction, feeling not good enough then it grows into something bigger. These thoughts and feelings can choke and break us, as they affect our daily living, how we view life, relationships etc.   These voices, spoken things and more, pressure us into situations and paths that are not aligned with what and where God has called us to. Which is why we all need awareness on Mental Health and we all need to make it Matter more and more in our lives, especially now.
