TR 29: Our Collective Vision Quest with Steven Brennan, Candice Hopkins, and Oli Andrei Olar
This is a very special transmission of the podcast that I’m pleased to share with you. I’m joined by my global friends, Steven Brennan, Candice Hopkins, and Oli Andrei Olar for a discussion around our current reality and the monumental shifts occurring from a progressive, spiritual, and practical point of view. Oli is a brilliant astrologer from Transylvania who you can find on Transmission 9 of this podcast. Steven is a visionary artist of Anthropocosm who hails from Dublin, Ireland and was on Transmission 12 . Candice is a profoundly expressive photographer, artist and Evolutionary astrologer based in Melbourne, Australia and we will be releasing a podcast with her very soon. We have regularly met for mastermind calls for around a year now, where we decompress and discuss the current energies astrologically and otherwise. This time, I felt it necessary to hit record midway through our conversation because many people can benefit from the contemplations we bring up as you go through your own experience. Our conversation undulates between themes of not being in the past, yet not quite in the future in 2020, our symbiosis with technology and how it is maturing along with us, and the role of true sovereignty as we move forward into that great unknown. If you enjoy our discussion, I encourage you to reach out to those you resonate with and share your thoughts and feelings about the current paradigm shift with each other. This can go a long way to building the new earth we know is possible. In these ceremonies, Indigenous people intentionally get close to death; not from wanting to physically harm ourselves but to liberate the flow of our lives from certain heavy energies that create stagnation, illness and oblivion. Very difficult ceremonies - like fasting alone on a hill - provide us with the resources to remember the well-being of our people and the world in which we live. In these ceremonies, years of human routine are severely interrupted. Everything stops when we stop eating, talking to people, and sleeping under a roof for a few days. It is for sure a ceremony of life renewal, like most ceremonies we do. After having been on the hill crying for a vision, we have a real change to start a fresh new life. This is how our Indigenous grandfathers and grandmothers taught us to create and change our reality: interrupting the course of our life and looking for a gift of Spirit in the form of a vision. The vision anchors our present reality in the possibilities that come from the future, freeing us from having to dwell in the past and be conditioned by its endless consequences. The development of sacred talents like vision and spiritual wisdom is not just a personal journey; it is not just a matter of growing personal power or having personal spiritual satisfaction. It is surely not something to show off. As clearly seen among the humble people of the tribal worlds still alive today, the healthy relationships of the members of a community are preserved by the use of these sacred powers. When there is awareness, people do not step on each other's toes that much. A fluid and harmonious cooperation of everybody's talent is possible when living and working together, thanks to each one going
