The Michelin star Chef Richard Corrigan shares what he learned from the past year and a half, with RTÉ’s Core Values. As well as three restaurants in central London, Richard is also the owner of the 150-acre estate, Virginia Park Lodge in Cavan. The father-of-three is an author and three-time winner of the Great British menu.
