Janet White is a registered nurse, author and certified coach. She’s also a devoted grandmother who enjoys warm sunny beaches. She loves sharing her passion for living a happy, healthy alcohol-free lifestyle.  Her story includes a long-term abusive marriage, a bout with cancer, self-esteem and body issues, and grief. Her book ‘Finding Bliss Beyond the Buzz’ tells her story and shares her method for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It highlights how eliminating alcohol helped her to discover her passion and finally learn to be happy with her authentic self – imperfections and all.
