Your mindset and how you approach anything can be the most powerful or pathetic force there is. It’s not as simple as saying “have a good mindset” and then just jogging on.

It’s like a muscle and a skill. You have to train it, flex it and use it in all manner of conditions!

Much like our energy systems, use the right mindset for the task at hand and let it fuel you to achieve mission success.

In this final instalment of the Weight of War Run series I’ll be running over what my mindset was in last years run, what I’ll be taking into this years run, and bringing parts 1 & 2 together.
