We hear from James Jackson, a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychology Society. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Sheffield, an MSc in Industrial Psychology from the University of Hull, and a PhD (Psychology) from the University of Hull. His doctorate considered the effects of tinnitus on concentration and task performance.
We discuss his personal hearing loss and tinnitus journey as well as how that fueled his passion for learning more about and how to support people suffering from tinnitus. He also shares some tips for managing patients with tinnitus but no hearing loss.
