    In this weeks episode I  interviewed my son Kaden.

    Kaden decided 19 days ago that he wanted to run everyday while we were under "stay at home" orders - to keep fit and have something to look forward to each day. Our daily runs have become the best part of our day - where we let go of steam, share fun facts and challenge each other to get fitter and faster.  As Benjamin Franklin is claimed to have said "out of adversity comes opportunity".....

    This was a fun interview and Kaden gives us a  great perspective on his COVID-19 experience so far.

    So I missed my regular Friday release because - well to be honest  -   I'm discombobulated!  Things are just a little all over the place and its so easy to get distracted, side tracked, loose track of time and well the day of the week!  This can happen as you navigate a new normal - and that is what we are all doing right now!

    Make sure to keep movement and fitness as a staple in your day - it will make you feel great, help with your emotions and stress and something you can take control of - in a situation that does feel out of our control right now!
