Happier - Ep. 383: Reflect on Your One-Word Theme, Talk to a Rebel Who Wants to Switch Jobs, and a “Cool” Hack

Because the year is almost half over, we review our one-word themes for 2022 to see how we’re doing. We also discuss an inexpensive item that’s useful to keep around the house (or to give as a gift) as well as a listener’s question about how to talk to a Rebel who’s thinking about changing careers.

Commercial heavy

I have been loving the Happier podcast since the beginning. However, for the last couple of years, the podcast is too commercial heavy. After a while, all episodes starts to sound like commercial, as there is no clear differences between commercial and podcast material. Please make the episodes happy again!
