    It may not look like it, but to keep it real, I have been 30lbs fatter at 5’3” long before I had babies, Compulsive overeater, DUI, bulimia, predisposed to storing fat, Overeater Anonymous, divorce, trauma in childhood, sexual abuse as a child, physical abuse... AND that’s not who I identify with. I own my poor choices, negative behaviors, everything I have created. This way I get to own my triumphs rather than owing success to others if I didn’t take 100 % responsibility. Victor not victim. Keeping getting back up & you can get it right to you.
