Hello! My name is Nina and welcome to the Mental Uplift Podcast!
Where we bring awareness to mental illness and mental health through I am statements because I believe that living with a mental illness everyday almost becomes a part of you!
In the Mental Uplift Podcast you will be hearing my story as well as other because I believe that no one is alone even if the world may feel lonely sometimes.
In each episode you will hear about different types of struggles and victories and build your toolbox with different self care activities!

I got slide blinded by the wonderful and dangerous thing called love! Life just got in the way!
I talk about what has happened and also my goals for the remainder for the year :)

I am Back - Life Update
Hello everyone! Welcome back to the Mental Uplift Podcast!
I took a break for a bit because I was super busy and don't want to take the joy of something that is here for me to cope.
I am reflecting on the first half of 2021 and talking about some of my goals for the rest of the year!

I am PRIDE: Conversation with a Bi-Sexual
I have a conversation with one of my sorority sisters about her journey of accepting the fact that she is bi-sexual!
I love seeing the people I love walking into their truth and feel free their whole energy changes!
This is something also that I need and want to learn more about so more conversations to come!
