Facilitating the journey through grief with kindness of self
.What if the key to recovering from grief is rediscovering you? and what if every choice you have made up till now was not right or wrong was just another step forward of being more of you?
What if you see grief from a space of allowance , question and possibility?ie
Are you grateful for you today?"Am I inviting kindness with this choice? "
What if you could be in allowance of all of life!

"I'm Afraid of Dying!" (Part 3 of 3)
In our final installment of the3-part series "I'm Afraid of Dying!" - Amanda Holland and I will talk about the sensations and feelings we experience in our bodies and that we decide we cannot control, change or overcome.
What if you never had to be a victim to those sensations and feelings ever again?
What if you actually have the power to change anything going on with your body and with fear, and what choices do you have around death, dying and LIVING that you've never considered? -
"I'm Afraid of Dying!" (Part 2 of 3)
Amanda and I will pick up from where we left of at Part 1 - "What is fear of death and can you change it?"
When Amanda started using some different tools and asking questions about her fears, about death, and about living, the anxiety in her life began to unravel and whole new areas of possibilities began to open up.
What is that you know about life, living and joy that you have been hiding with the fear of dying? -
"I'm Afraid of Dying!" (Part 1 of 3)
My next guest, Amanda Holland, is joining me for a 3-part series on a very touchy subject - the fear of death and dying.
Amanda had panic attacks about dying since she was 5 years old. She did her best to cope, thinking up strategies along the way, but basically concluded she would have anxiety her whole life!
When she came across the tools of Access, this whole area changed dynamically and unexpectedly. We will talk today about Amanda's story, why it's not uncommon and how she began to change it. -

Nurturing YOU Beyond Grief
Most people define nurturing as self care . What if that is just the start? When there is loss, there are also new possibilities for creating something different . Something beyond what you knew was possible before your life changed . What if grief could be a catalyst for new choices that create even more for you and your life ? Join me as I interview Lisa Murray, Founder of Creativity Lab about ways we can begin to nuture a new life into being . What is it that your grief is contributing to you? Lets find out! and have some fun with Lisa .
A little about Lisa
Today I've invited Lisa Murray from Creativity lab to join me in an exploration of the contribution that grief can be to our life if we will allow it . What could be different if you would nuture new possibilities into place with ease? Grief often comes from loss. Lisa lost much of her old life within a very short time, including her job, her house, her dog , and her relationship.as she states " She didn't quite lose her mind but it was close ". Lisa plays with people to nuture ideas into reality. She offers events and online adventures which invite you to create your life from a kinder, gentler space . How did we get so lucky to have the Gift that Lisa is in the world !
