For the last 50 years we've been misled as a society about our nutrition. Ask yourself one simple question, why is our country so obese? and why hasn't heart dieses, strokes, and diabetes decreased over the last 50 years especially if everyone is eating the America standard low fat, high carb diet like we've been advised to do.
In this episode we'll expose that When you Eat Fat you get Skinny. The truth is when you eat a high fat diet, your metabolism speeds up and you burn fat, lose weight, or don't gain weight, whereas, a high carb diet slows down your metabolism, causes you to be tired, hungry, blood sugar spikes and in most cases increase weight or worse. In addition, we'll discuss why high carb and no fat nutrition a.k.a food pyramid is wrong.
