    Mary Lou discusses some of the challenges of "long distance" caregiving, and provides an overview of some of the monitoring devices available which can provide peace of mind for caregivers who are worried about the safety of their loved ones. Some examples include auto alerts for falls, medication reminders, and sensors to alert caregivers that their loved one has been able to get out of bed.
